Anchorwoman sinks like a, uh, you know what
Fox pulls the plug on "Anchorwoman" after one episode. Ouch! TV newscasters can now breathe easier: Your jobs appear to be safe from former WWE divas.
I'm not going to argue that it was "Archie Bunker" or anything, but the audience's complete indifference is kind of shocking.
Damn, I guess this is the last photo of Lauren I get to use.

Thats the "summertime"for foxy television.me and my bro watched it because .. how can in colorado springs and pueblo, co. can have a real "in depth" show that goes into the workings of tv news operations there in texas..i know that the chief photog was bad and the manager and news director was bad also.but it proves to me ..that like the lady said on that program "that only sex sells".. and thats true..and look at all the news guys and gals here . they come almost everyday here from penn..or from idahoo.to take jobs..and i think i just seen another reporter on channel 13..from another state.. gosh. i dont see more young people from our area such as the local schools and colleges ..and also ..im sorry its gone .just like the news director said he had to take 50-100 applicants for just one tv reporter /anchor one!. no wonder i go to another ugh. job field . it just full of crap being a reporter or photog here..i wished i was a tv videographer.but judging from the looks of the "tv news directors" here . i just wont get into the doors of these tv stations.. i have to look nice and good have great teeth .. etc.etc..look young.not be handi capabile ..etc. always an excuse..thanks
Why the hell don't you ever write in sentences that make sense. Ditch the ".." and finish your thought!
No offense Anonymous #1... but I gotta agree with Anonymous #2. It'd help if you made coherent posts. That was as hard to read (and understand) as reading Sanskrit. If you converse with people like you write, that might be the reason you're not getting in the door. Not a slam... just some constructive criticism.
im sorry, that i offended both anon#1-2..but that this town is beginning to be the case here in the springs areas ..i always listen on the mornings to the crap on the tv stations always talking about handi capable people..like the arc and goodwill.i dont see handi capabile at all.and im telling this is the truth!im sorry that i offended people but ..take a look. and see. is there any handi capbile people on the air .i dont..all i see its people coming from other places .when will these tv news directors start looking for great talent here .. instead of going to some place out of state..im sorry that the people here..just dont agree ..with me but thats my opinion..

Huh? Offended? You didn't offend the other two of us in this thread, so not sure where that's coming form. What you did do was offend the English language. Dude or dudette... seriously, get a grip on the language. This follow up post (which HAS to be from the same person) was even more nonsensical then the first!
that what i mean here dude, also i cant put on a decent blog here to represent my opinions here. you guys take it way out of proportions.i wont come on this one sided freckin blog.
I hope Fox visits this anchor personality in 10 years. That will give her another six seconds of fame
