Galactica prequel?

The Sci Fi Channel is apparently exploring making a prequel to its "Battlestar: Galactica" redux, dubbed "Caprica." The new series would be set 50 years before the current show and focus on the Adama family and humanity's creation of the Cylons. Cool.

I think this well-done series has the potential to bring out almost anyone's inner nerd. Glad to hear about the prequel.

Sci-Fi really needs some product for the channel. I am imprested on how the channel has been around. Looks like NBC-Universal is going to keep it the way for the time being.

Can't rely on two Stargate shows as well as Battlestar.

Glad they took on the Doctor Who revival which is kind of under the radar here but still the good Time Lord has a following here in the States. In top of that the new Who has been cleared in many countries around the world. Something the Classic Series could not do cause of the way British shows were shot in its day.
