KRDO gives the nod to J-Full

OK, it's not as euphonius as K-Mac, but Jennifer (Fullerton) Brown is getting the full-time gig as Zach Thaxton's co-host on KRDO's "Good Morning Colorado," replacing Kellie MacMullan on the anchor desk.

Also fresh from the KRDO hopper: Thaxton and Brown are taking over the noon news, with Eric Singer sliding to 5 p.m., where he'll co-anchor with Heather Skold.

I wonder how that's going to work - 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. seems like tough sledding, when you consider prep time and such.

Just like the schedule of Kimberly Price on KKTV, except it's really 4 am to 1 pm.

Will Eric still anchor the morning radio news?

I believe Adam Atchison is also now doing that shift since 5/30 moved their midday show from 11 to noon. And I think Adam commutes to Pueblo from Colorado Springs every day. Ouch.

I have to say that NPG is really make the midday newscast on KRDO-TV truly standout.

Everyone else has a single anchor so why not have the GMC crew work a little harder. Who knows KRDO-TV might become the top dog in Middays and knock KKTV off.

Eric Singer with Heather Skold great ideal but maybe it would have been better to keep Singer at Noon and have him paired with Jennifer instead, but anyway I hope it works out for everyone.

Keep it up NPG, they are truly cleaning up the cobwebs that Patti Hoth left behind. Harry just let his girl run that station into disrepair more/less.
